Day 7. Morven. 5.7.24

Lazed around in the thermal pool before driving 92kms to Morven. Checked out the pub for lunch. Then checked into the Gidgee Bush Camp for the night.

Day 6. Mitchell. 4 7.24

A couple of short morning walks before we rode our bikes to the artesian pool. The water temperature was 39°. The weather was a bit chilly and a bit wet on and off today. 

This afternoon we played boggle for awhile. Mark lit the fire and we cooked potatoes and pumpkin on the coals to have with some Bolognese sauce and a salad. After dinner we played a new game for us called phase 10.

Day 5. Mitchell. 3.7.24

Reception wasn't great last night and only marginally better at the Neil Turner Weir tonight.  I did manage to update yesterdays blog with some photos.

After a 2km morning bush walk we packed up and hit the road just after 9am.

Quick stop in Yuleba. 

Stopped in Roma to see the new sculpture trail.

Went to the pub for dinner and finished the night playing uno attack. 

Today the weather has been cold.

Day 4 Yuleba 2.7.24

Rained overnight and this morning so only short walks. Packed up and drove to farewell our family then hit the road for morning tea in Murgon.

We are free camped beside the Maryanne creek in South Yuleba.

A beautiful and peaceful spot for the night. Would gladly stop here again.

Day 3. Biggenden. 1.7.24

Lots of short walks and rides, chess, draughts, uno and patience games today with Seth. We were treated to a dance by the bee lady, Tash.

G&K arrived this afternoon. Rachel and Seth joined Kerry and I for a chair zumba class. Kerry and I also went to a circle mobility class.
