Day 20. Bollon. 18.7.24

 BoM says it was 6° feels like 3 when I got out of my very snuggly warm bed just after 7am to go for a walk.

Leisurely departure around 9.30am.  No real plans except to head towards St George,  stopping in Bollon for a look around lunchtime. 

Cuppa stop beside the hwy halfway between Cunnamulla and Bollon. Unfortunately I found the Yoghurt tub on it's side in the fridge 🤦‍♀️🙃

The Balonne hwy was very quiet travelling east.

We pulled in to the Wallam Creek campground in Bollon to make lunch and decided to stay the night. Plenty of room beside the creek, cement pathway to town and a toilet = perfect. 

Quick wander in town. Tonight is pizza night so we'll wander back in later. We discovered a new ammenities block on the pathway in town with toilets and free, hot showers. 

The pizzas were mediocre but the sunset was very pretty.
