Day 24. Chinchilla Weir. 22.7.24

Staying a 2nd night with our friends. Apparently it got down to 1 feels like -1° overnight. 


Popped in to Chinchilla to get diesel at a good price and a few groceries. 

Afternoon wander to collect a few bits of wood for the fire.





I made a beer and bacon damper to have with the beef stew Carol cooked on the fire. An amazingly delicious dinner was devoured by all.
