Day 22. Surat. 20.7.24

3° again this morning so we stayed in bed longer than normal. Cooked bacon 🥓 and eggs 🥚 for breakfast to warm the van.

Rode the folders along the pathway to the weir and did a blockie around town.

We have been to Surat before so we had a restful afternoon at the van doing some reading, sudoku puzzles and chatting. 

We plan to walk in to town to the pub for dinner.  Mark's hoping that they'll have giant pork chops again this time. 

Moonlit dinner walk.

Pork chops were a little smaller than he remembered. On the whole the meals were pretty mediocre. 

The temperature got to a pleasant 20°. We travelled 235km, total 1896.
